Shipping cost is based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

What are the shipping options?
Domestic Shipping

• Flat Rate (Standard) (3-6 business days after fulfillment)

International Shipping

• Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)

• Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment) Canada only

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees which are determined at the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What would I do if I received a defective order?
Damages and defective orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange only.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
All orders are finalized at the time of purchase.
